The project was to rehabilitate a two-level building for residential use. The new distribution layout consisted of eight, two-bedroom apartments: four on the first level and three on the second level. On the upper level and three in the second level. On the upper level, an apartment opens to the roof terrace and the view. the front façade was also restored.
