Design and Consulting services associated with the development of projects including but not limited to, the preparation of all working drawings and specifications, conducting of surveys, coordination of the necessary test, investigations, consulting, tecnical supervision, solicit and procure before all local and federal agencies, all the construction permits and authorizations required for the approval of the projects and all other planning and design requirements.
