Calle Hospital #60

The project was to rehabilitate a two-level building for residential use. The new distribution layout consisted of two, two-bedroom apartments: one apartment per level, convertible to a full residence with an interior patio if desired. A roof terrace was developed for the admiration of the beautiful bay view.
